The management and quality inspection softwares becomes essential tools in order to control the production tools, to ensure the traceability all while keeping in a M.E.S. (Manufacturing Executive System) step, in link with ERP / CAPP (SAP, ORACLE, JDE, MOVEX, MGF-PRO ... )
The functions mainly deployed are the SPC / MSP softwares, the metrology management, the not-conformities and correctives actions processing and also the incoming inspection through the sampling plan.
The « QUASAR Software Suite » is in keeping with this scenario with a real success on the self-checking deployment by its QS SPC / MSP module deployed on more of 5000 stations for the quality inspection in workshop and laboratory with the capability indicators.
Today our will is to accompany our customers in the search of the total quality objectives in the frame of a six sigma step. At the customers request, we deploy the solutions for their Partners, Customers and Suppliers such as :
the implementation of the quality portal for the row 1 suppliers beside the prime manufacturerby the Processing Sheets of Not-conformities and Corrective Action Request ( Plan 8D)
the access to our quality softwares in rental form allowing the control chart data entry and the accomplishment of the quality inspection IR by the web ! This solution is proposed in ASP mode
the integration of QUASAR SPC Softwares beside the machines in the « offshoring » workshop of our customers, in their own prime manufacturer, for the aeronautics industry particularly.
Tomorrow, we will integrate the tools of BPM type (management by the process) in order to synchronize the activities and to develop the interoperability of the existing application in the companies.

QUASAR Solutions présente à la prochaine manifestation de l’université 6 sigma…
Le jeudi 10 décembre prochain, l’université 6 sigma organise un événement chez St Gobain Vitrage, à Compiègne.
L’université 6 sigma a été créée en mars 2003 à l’initiative
d’industriels et d’organismes de formation. Elle a pour mission de
promouvoir les méthodologies d’amélioration des performances, être un
lieu d’échange 6 sigma, publier des articles, certifier, et enfin
réaliser des conférences et benchmarking. C’est dans le cadre de cette
dernière activité qu’est organisée la journée du 10 décembre.
