The QS-FAB module allows a follow-up of the production in real time and the efficiency of the production machine by a General diagram. The data acquisition (quantities, durations, speeds, stops causes...) is done directly in automatically on the machines or by a manual capture according to the activity sectors or production type. The data entry of present times in the production working post is done by badges reading or by the declaration of the beginning of a manufacture operation . The acquisitions working post and/or of data consultations of the operators are available with basic or wide functionalities and an adapted technological choice :
