QUASAR Maintenance management – specificities

QS-GMAO maintenance management helps you maintain the efficiency of your industrial output. It helps you exploit your installation and assure production continuity at best global cost conditions.

In this cost reduction and production improvement approach, QUASAR applies the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach:

Functions and configuration

Technical data management

Elaborate a functional or technical tree structure of your installation along with its spare parts’ nomenclature. The “automatic integration” function updates each spare part’s name according to the most recent entry. This function significantly simplifies the system launching phase.

The multiple criteria filter search allows access to any item entered into the system, such as a machine, production line.... The data sheet has a statistics thumbnail that displays each instrument’s data sheet and availability rate. One can associate schemes, drawings, diagrams and pictures to each instrument sheet.

The equipment module is the base of the maintenance system. Its tree structure can have up to 10 levels, each divisible in an infinite number of sub-groups.

This module integrates standard statistical exports enabling graphic display and publishing of following searches:

One can trigger a full cycle from the intervention request through its execution and corresponding report depending on intervention type. All actions are documented in a report which is available to each contributor.

This analysis helps optimise resources, contribute to excellent maintenance procedure and exploit the installation’s potential. The graphic schedule display gives you a good overview of available resources and to do tasks. The “diagnostic aid” conveniently displays what agents have encountered in previous interventions and allows to learn from past experience.

The QS-STOCKS module has many simple and precise functions to follow the process from purchase order to parts’ use in a machine. The user has a complete list of available parts so as to carry out all actions in the best conditions.

Easy and quick entry for planned or urgent interventions. Use a bar code sensor for parts’ exit or inventory. Stock optimization results in a 15 % average decrease of the fixed assets value.
